- استجابة ميدانية خلال 8 ساعات (الأولوية 2 قياسية)
- مراقبة NOC عن بُعد على مدار الساعة
- يغطي: أنظمة ELV (CCTV والتحكم والكابلات والإذاعة)

Netcom's Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover CCTV surveillance systems, access control, structured cabling, building management systems (BMS), IT infrastructure, public address (PA) systems, nurse call systems, and IPTV/SMATV — or any combination of these based on your installed systems. AMC packages include scheduled preventive visits, SLA-backed response times, 24/7 remote monitoring (Professional and Enterprise packages), and regular health reports.
What are the response times in Netcom's AMC contracts?
Response times depend on the AMC tier: Essential (next-business-day on-site for standard faults), Professional (4 hours for P1 critical, 8 hours for P2 standard), and Enterprise (2 hours for P1 critical, 4 hours for P2 standard). All response times are contractually guaranteed and documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) attached to your AMC agreement.

It covers scheduled camera cleaning and health checks, NVR/DVR maintenance, storage verification, network connectivity checks, and remote monitoring via our 24/7 NOC. Our Professional and Enterprise AMC packages include labour and travel for all scheduled visits and reactive callouts within SLA. Parts and components are charged at cost unless specifically included in an Enterprise package with an agreed spare parts provision. All parts used are genuine manufacturer-approved components.
