Flexible Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) that define the precise performance parameters of every staffing engagement — including response time commitments by priority level (P1 15 minutes, P2 1 hour, P3 4 hours), coverage hours (business hours, extended hours, 24/7), maximum resource absence provisions, escalation procedures, performance reporting cadence, and the specific KPIs against which the engagement will be measured monthly. SLA structures are negotiated and agreed before engagement start — not presented as take-it-or-leave-it standard terms — because different organisations have fundamentally different support requirements, and a one-size-fits-all SLA serves neither party well.
